Koret's education funding strategy flows from the policy recommendations of the Koret Task Force on K–12 Education, which advocates choice, accountability, and transparency. The Koret Task Force is funded through a $1.5 million grant to the Hoover Institution through 2008.

In addition to advocating for Israel, Koret has a fundamental interest in economic expansion in Israel, achieved through policy reform to move toward a free-market economy and a small-business loan guarantee program. This year, Koret committed $3 million to redevelopment efforts in the North in the aftermath of the war with Hezbollah.
